Diversity and Decision-Making in an Intercultural Future Project through the Donegal Traveller's Project and PEACEPLUS

Overview

The Diversity and Decision-Making training programme is being developed by the Donegal Traveller's Project in partnership with PEACEPLUS.

The goal of the training is to build knowledge, key advocacy skills and capacity around four topics;

  • interculturalism;

  • equality;

  • peacebuilding, and;

  • sustainable development

The training centers the role of these four topics as they relate to Traveller, Roma and Black Minority Ethnic communities.

The bespoke programme will be delivered over a 15 hour period, can be delivered online or in-person and can be adjusted depending on the needs of the group following a training needs analysis.

The programme endeavours to create conditions where all learners can participate and engage with the content.

At the end of the training, participants will be asked to submit a monitoring form which will be provided.
