Who is it for and what is it about?
This badge is designed for educators at all levels early childhood, primary, post-primary teachers, school leaders, and support staff who want to:

• Understand the importance of wellbeing in educational settings
• Identify and apply research-based strategies to enhance wellbeing
• Analyse current wellbeing initiatives and evaluate their impact
• Use research to inform and develop future wellbeing practices

Start and Completion Dates: 3rd February 2026 – 30th March 2026 (incl. break for mid-term)
Duration: 8 weeks | Approx. 25 hours total | Fully flexible

Course Format 

• 4 self-directed online modules
• 3 live webinars (recorded for convenience)
• Peer group meetings (online, hybrid, or face-to-face)
• Forum engagement on www.t-rex.ie
• Tutor support throughout (via email, online meetings, and support sessions)
