Who is it for and what is it about? This badge is designed for assistant principals, middle leaders, and educators aspiring to leadership roles who want to:

• Strengthen instructional leadership and build leadership capacity
• Learn how to use evidence to plan for research in their school
• Design an action plan focused on improving teaching and learning
• Collaborate with peers to refine ideas and share best practices

Start and Completion Dates: 27th January 2026 – 27th March 2026 (incl. break for mid-term)
Duration: 8 weeks | Approx. 25 hours total | Fully flexible

✔ 4 self-directed online modules
✔ 3 live webinars (recorded for convenience)
