Our newly formed community of practise for AP1 and AP2 post holders in post primary schools in Donegal returns for its second session.

This session will focus on how to manage the expectations of your role and to ask for help from others. Often depending on your post/role descriptor you can feel very isolated or that you need to carry the responsibility for the role on your own, this session looks to find ways to rethink these situations.

The session will also include a guest speaker section from well- known educator, Ann Byrne, the creator of the ‘Lead the Way’ podcast. Ann is an experienced teacher and Senior Leader who is also a qualified coach and mentor.
