Facilitator: Maria Caesar

Maria Caesar is a qualified teacher with over 20 years experience in primary education. She has been a school principal since 2012 and holds a Masters in Education. Maria was seconded fulltime to Oide on the Health & Wellbeing Team from 2021-2024. She is currently working as an Associate on both the Oide Leadership and the Oide Wellbeing Teams. Maria is also the founder of Recruit Ed, offering advice and support for aspiring school leaders.
