The three days will focus on:
Linear Patterns - Monday 3rd March 2025

On each night, Mr Math Weeney will showcase how you can bring functions and patterns into your classroom, using everyday items and pictures for inspiration. The goal throughout is to grab the student’s attention and make it competitive and engaging to find the answers. Motivation among your students should increase greatly.
Learning Outcomes:
• Teachers will be able to use real-life applications of linear patterns to design creative, novel tasks for students.
• Teachers will be able to model the height of juggling balls using quadratic patterns.
• Teachers will develop an understanding of Geometric patterns and how to utilise novel problems that are applicable to student's lives.
