Tús Maith: Transitions in Action – A Preschool to Primary School Project 2025-2026: Information Webinar

We are delighted to announce the return of Tús Maith: Transitions in Action – A Preschool to Primary School Project, which will recommence in January 2026.

To support schools and early years settings interested in participating, an online information webinar will take place on Thursday 27th November from 2:30–3:30pm.

This project aims to create a professional space for communication and collaboration between preschools and primary schools, building relationships between the two sectors to enhance the transition experience for children.

Participating partnerships will be eligible for a Transition Project Funding grant.

This project is open to primary schools and preschools in Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Leitrim, Roscommon and Longford.
